Most STEELVANA products are made to order. The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 5–6 weeks (35–40 calendar days).

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more delivered within the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.). Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and overseas military addresses are excluded from free shipping. Please contact STEELVANA before ordering to confirm delivery availability and obtain a shipping quote for these destinations.

STEELVANA covers import duties for U.S. orders, so customers do not need to pay additional import duties. This is separate from the shipping charges quoted for destinations outside our free-shipping area.

Yes. A tracking number is normally provided within 3–5 days after your order is placed. Orders are shipped by sea to the United States, with final delivery handled by UPS or FedEx. Tracking normally begins updating once the shipment enters final-mile delivery in the U.S., usually around 30 days after the order is placed.

Stainless steel is the primary material across the STEELVANA collection. Selected designs may also combine stainless steel with wood, leather, or other decorative materials. Please refer to the individual product page for exact materials.

Unless specifically stated on the product page, STEELVANA listings are for the table base only and the tabletop is not included.

Depending on the base design, our products can be paired with wood, engineered wood, stone, marble, quartz, or glass tabletops.
